50/31 Challenge
Participate in the 2025 50/31 Challenge by running 50 Miles in 31 Days in support of the National Brain Tumor Society!
About The Fundraiser
50/31 is back for Year 5! What started as a friendly competition in 2020 has since turned into an annual tradition that brings people together for one month every year to support an amazing cause.
What is the 50/31 Challenge?
50/31 is a one-month long physical fitness challenge and fundraiser where you run 50 miles in the month of May, 31 days, in support of the National Brain Tumor Society. Since working with NBTS in 2021, the 50/31 Challenge has raised over $100,000 from thousands of participants and donors.
Why participate?
•To set a monthly physical fitness goal
•To push and hold yourself accountable to complete a physical fitness challenge
•To try something new (if you’re not a runner, same…most of us aren’t)
•To get outside your comfort zone
•To be part of something bigger than yourself
How does it work?
Everything is tracked through the Nike Run Club app. To join the challenge, first download the app, then create an account, and join the challenge via the link below. When it’s time to run, make sure you're tracking your run in the Nike Run Club app so it counts toward the challenge!
Be sure to:
•Buy 50/31 merch! A portion of the proceeds will go to NBTS
•Follow the 50/31 Instagram account for updates here
•Spread the word! It’s more fun when you’re competing against your peers
